Medicred acknowledges all complaints within five business days of receipt, confirming the name and contact details of the person handling the case.
We aim to resolve complaints within 8 weeks. If you are not satisfied with our response, or if 8 weeks have passed, you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk or call 0800 023 4567.
