- How do I update my details
To update the details on your account please send an email to admin@medicred.co.uk containing your name, agreement number and the details that you wish to update.
- How do I close my account
You can close your account by paying off the full remaining balance.
- How do I view my loan balance & statements
You will be sent a statement via email each month detailing your loan payments and outstanding balance. Should you need a copy please contact us at admin@medicred.co.uk.
