  • What if a patient wishes to repay their loan early?

    Patients may repay their balance early at any time. Medicred will update their account and guide them through the process.  

  • What if a patient cancels their treatment?

    If a patient cancels, your clinic informs Medicred. We confirm the unused portion of the funds and your clinic returns that amount. The patient’s loan is updated so they only repay the cost of the treatment they received.  

  • What if the treatment start date changes?

    You may contact Medicred’s support team and we will update the start date accordingly.  

  • What if a patient wants to change their monthly payment date?

    The patient can contact Medicred directly and we will assist them with the change.
